• Talked about the FHSAA leadership conference
• Upcoming starting this year coaches will be fined and suspended and have to seek online anger managment courses at their own expenses
• Board Members were introduced
• Rank 1 officials in good standing for 5 years running will be exempt from the test, but m ust be applied for online
   
   
  Treasurer's Report
  Bob Devereux broke down the fiscal year to date, it was accepted and approved
   
  Divisions Reports
   
  Volleyball
  Steve Willamson, he attended the leadership conference, JLA is no longer (no longer fingerprinting or reimbursing, 6A final, FHSAA Clinic upcoming also
  
  Softball
  Newly elected supervisor of officials Kim Hannah talked about the past season, four post-season crews, she is looking fo rward to a great upcoming season, FHSAA clinic upcoming
   
  Football
  Alberto and John, girls flag football season went very well, football is also planning an upcoming FHSAA clinic for the next season
   
  Baseball
  Mike Orr the supervisor of the baseball division, four post-season crews and one to the finals, FHSAA clinic for the coming season, Hunter Wendlestedt as the clinician
   
  Basketball
  Chip Patrick, fourteen post-season assignments, overall it was a great season

  Miliage was raised in the contract from $12.50 to $15.00 per trael fee, it was brought to the floor that the board voted to accept the pay increase

• The positions of President and Secretary seats were available
• Bucky Greene was voted as the new President while Vance Harris was elected as Secretary
