Annual Meeting — July 11, 2006
River Grille
Ormond Beach, Fl.

The annual meeting for the purpose of group fellowship, concluding Association business, recognizing individual achievements, presenting year end financial information and election of executive officers for the positions of President and Secretary was held this date.

Opening
President, Steve Bruno called the meeting to order at 7 PM. He reflected back on four years of challenges and accomplishments. He also brought the group up to date on current issues. Steve was presented with a plaque denoting the group’s appreciation for four years of his service as President.

Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer, Gary Wheeler presented the group with the year end financial information in paper form. The information was not reviewed at this meeting. Gary advised the group that if there were any questions he would field them individually. There was no motion from the floor to accept the treasurer’s report as presented. Gary also presented JLA reimbursement monies to all who were entitled to it.

Division Reports
Each of the five divisions lauded individual accomplishments for the deserving officials in their reports to the assembly.

Elections
The elections for the offices of President and Secretary were conducted by Gary Wheeler and Rich Kowalewski.
The result are noted, as follows:
President – Vance Harris - elected to a two year term.
Secretary – Brian Corder - elected to a two year term.

Closing
Newly elected President, Harris spoke briefly to the group and took a motion to adjourn. The motion carried and was seconded. Meeting concluded at 8PM.
