Board Meeting — July 7, 2007

Attendance: Vance, Brian, Stan, Martha, George, Steve, Ed,
Chip, Alan, Bob, Kyle, RJ, John, excused Mike Orr

Meeting called to order by A-1 President Vance Harris at approxiamatly 4:10 pm

Brian read minutes from annual year end meeting, ok'd and 2nd

New Tresurer Bob Devereux introduced himself, explained where he was in getting things transitioned from Gary, explained the ways that he wanted and needed things

President:

A-1 web site needed to be upadated by each division

Old Business:

JLA still a pain to everyone, new officials still need to get all forms for process filled out

JLA reimbursements for every official will be done from general funds, each division will be reimbursed when FHSAA reimburses

dues, no dues are to be taken out of 1st check, officials must pay or no games scheduled until paid

schedules into Arbiter as soon as possible
