Final Board Meeting

April 22, 2007 - 4:00pm

Attendance: Vance, Brian, Steve, Ed, George, Stan, Martha, Mike, RJ, Kyle, absent John, Gary, Alan

Opening of Meeting by President:

-ejections of coaches and players, make sure called in and proper forms are filled out

-JLA, still a total nightmare

-contracts, no contract committee meeting called as of yet

Contract committee – RJ, Kyle, Chip, Stan, Steve and John

-possibility of 3 year contracts with schools so they do not have to be done every year

-Fuel - travel pay, look being increased for up upcoming fuel prices

-final evaluation from supervisors and booking agent for the Arbiter Administrator

New Business:

-Vote – on Arbiter Administrator – to stay for one more year with new treasurer coming in

-Nominating committee- headed by Mike Orr with help from Brian Corder, for nominations for Vice President and Treasurer

Old Business:

-Minutes, read by Brian, Ok’d by George and Steve

-Treasurer report, to be read on June 7th at A-1 end of year meeting

-old computers were donated to DBCC, Steve was in charge of the drop off, DBCC was very grateful

Divisions:

All divisions had a very successful year once again, very well done
