Third Quarterly Meeting

President Greene opened the meeting at 3:00 PM.
Roll Call: All present, except Dyett (excused), Cobb (not excused) and Lavin (not excused)
Minutes from the Board Meeting held on 23 November, 2008 were presented to the Board for approval by Secretary Harris. Approval was granted by the Board
Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer Bob Devereux advised all of the account balance. He reviewed outstanding accounts receivable with the respective Divisions. Current Assn balance was posted at $54,605.72. The Treasurer’s Report was accepted.
Football: Alberto Tineo Advised the Board that Flag Football was progressing properly and that the Division was prepared for the upcoming season.
Baseball: Mike Orr reviewed the plans for the upcoming State Clinic. State Clinic is to take place at Warner Christian due to bailout with Spruce Creek.
Volleyball: Steve Williamson advised the Board that there were only 2 schools whom he will assign in the upcoming Boys’ season.
Softball: Kim Hannah reported a successful State clinic at Daytona State College.
Basketball: Alan Hannah reported that the Basketball season is progressing well.
Old Business: President Greene reported on the meeting at Father Lopez. He advised the Board that the poor sportsmanship problems at that school should be ended. School administration will take the necessary steps to ensure this.
New Business: Contracts were briefly discussed with no resolutions and was tabled to the April 26 meeting.
Plans for the annual meeting location were scrapped. Topic was tabled until the April 26 meeting.
